In 25 and 56 hl oak barrels for about 20 months. Assemblage in steel tanks before bottling and left to rest for 2 months. Bottle aging in a dark and cool cellar for 6 months before being placed on the market.
Ruby red colour. Fine and complex bouquet with notes of currant, walnut, black pepper, alpine herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and persistent. Good long-lived wine.
Red meat, game, first courses with meat sauces.
16 - 18 ° C in large glasses that enhance its aromatic profile.
